Please read this before going to another topic.
1. Be ACTIVE in the academy. That means constantly participate in the Academy's events, tournaments, Battle Arena and Team Wars. DO NOT join the academy if you will not be active.
2. DO NOT Spam. It is considered Spam:
- Posting messages with one word (EX: WTF?, ok, etc)
- Double Posting
- Over using smilies in posts or chat box
3. DO NOT go off-topic
- Writing things that have nothing to do with the topic.
4. Don't Necro Post
*Necro Posting is reviving a topic that has died for more than 1 month unless it yours and you're bumping it with something useful
5. No suggestive or worse avatars or signatures
6. SHOW RESPECT to Admins, Mods AND users members. If you have a complaint, formally send it in PM to an Admin.
7. DO NOT beg for retesting! Wait until you can be retested. ALSO DO NOT complain there isnt a team that suites you and that you want to make a new team with less then the required members
8. No advertising other academies! This will lead to a ban. If you want to have YOUR academy affiliate with us then send one of our higher-ups a message
9.Signatures Rules :
-Signatures must not be bigger than 500x500 pixels
-If your signature takes up too much space=use spoilers
-It must be appropriate. If you say anything offending, you will be either warned or banned.
10.NO FLAMING. This means no insulting or slandering other members of the forum. Not even as a retaliation.
11. No double accounts, they will result in a ban from the forum. This includes using proxies.
12. Do not bitch about stuff: This means over reacting over the smallest comments. I cannot stress this enough. If someone insults you mildly, do not start an argument over it. Chat admins will chatban both. Just leave it alone. If their constant insults don't stop then contact an Admin.
If we see that you are not obeying the rules we will give you a Warning:
1st Warning: You are unable to take part in any of the events that day. If you are signed up in a tourney that was supposed to happen that day, you will be automatically dropped and replaced.
2nd Warning: Ban 1 day + chatbox ban
3rd Warning: Perm ban
Warnings may be cleared if Admins feel like you have been behaving. There is no set time.

Exocross is NOT responsible for any mess outside of the forum. If someone insults you, don't contact us.
If it is done on the forum, we will take care of it. If you are harassed on DN by one of our members then send us a screenshot and we will deal out the appropriate punishment.
