General
Team Leaders were hand chosen by the Admins of this site. They will the ones in charge of the team and the members of their teams. There may be no more than two team leaders for one team.
How to be a Team Leader
1. Create a new team
or
2. The position is given
Team leaders may give their position to another person if they are:
-Retiring
-Quiting
-Going to be away
If a Team Leader is going to give the position to another member either permanently or temporarily, they have to contact the site staff with the reason. If a Team Leader has gone inactive, team members may notify staff to remove that Team Leader and appoint a new one. The Team Leader must have not logged on for at least a week to be deemed inactive.
Responsibilities of a Team Leader
-Be active
-Be a rolemodel
-Be helpful to their members
-Deal with members in their team if their members cause trouble
-Be able to contact staff
-Able to organize a war
As for the last two on that list... we would like a Team Leaders to be responsible and contact us if they have questions or there are members/situations they cannot handle. Also, the Team Leader must have some sort of leader-like quality and can decide when to war, who, and which members they'd like on the war team.
For the rolemodel part, we don't expect you to be a goody-two shoes all the time or anything like that. We expect you to be able to play fair, keep your cool, and follow site rules.
